wired magazine, positive reinforcement, think like a farmer, adobe, easy money

Hi All!

Happy one year of TEJI TUESDAYS!

Here is your weekly dose of TEJI, a weekly round up of what I’m pondering and exploring. Feel free to forward along to a friend if you think they might enjoy.

My new favourite magazine

Last week my mum gifted me some vintage Wired magazines from the early 90s. I instantly fell in love with the art direction and content inside each of the issues. I found myself not only reading articles on memetics, digital cash (before bitcoin) and information warfare but also pulling from these for design inspiration and research.

Looking through these really makes me miss physical media and the love that used to be poured into the craft of making things in the real world. I think the reason why I love these magazines so much is because it is everything I’m interested in — art, tech, science and the future.

There were even full page spreads showcasing work from unknown artists around the world which I really appreciated. If your into any of the things I yap on about I’d recommend grabbing yourself a second hand copy or two from eBay!

A reminder for the boys

Sorry girls.

Think like a farmer

Found this great image on X I think applied to most areas in life where you are growing or building something from scratch. I challenge you to try think of an area you could think like a farmer in your life. Go!

The new Adobe update is crazy

AI is getting freakishly good. I’m quickly discovering that rapid iteration when developing a project or idea is speeding up with all new tools from companies like Adobe. Check out the video below if you ever use Illustrator or are interested in design in anyway.

Seeing things like this excites me so much and I truely believe AI is only going to help unleash an entirely new wave of creativity.

The easiest ways to make money

Found a silly tweet I thought was funny but true. Do what you wish with the below information.

Feel free to give me feedback on Twitter. What did you like? What do you want more of? What do you want less of? Other suggestions? Please let me know. Just send a tweet to @TEJITOPIA and put #TEJITUESDAYS at the end so I can find it.

Hope everyone enjoys their week!

Love
